Green Country Market — Local services in Lebanon

This store is beautiful and I love walking through whenever we are in Lebanon. I've been here many times and the young girls working here always greet us and are friendly. This past Saturday we came in 10 mins before closing and were treated rather rudely by an older lady. She asked if we needed help finding anything, but in a tone that let us know she wasn't happy we were there that close to closing. She didn't say a word as we shopped, and didn't say a word to us as we left. For the record we left 2 mins before closing. I did see a couple things I wanted to buy but the experience was kind of nasty and ruined it for me. There was another visit where I wanted to buy something that was hanging on the wall and it was the last one. When I asked about buying it, I was treated like it was an imposition. Again, this was an older lady. Not sure if this is the owner or what, but she needs to take some lessons on...

I wanted to love this store so badly because of the unique/fun items and friendly staff. But I'm not exaggerating when I say that every item I've bought from here has broken the same day I've bought it. I purchased a microfiber hair towel and with the FIRST use, the loop for the button snapped right away. I purchased a roller lip gloss, opened it and the roller wouldn't roll at all. I purchased a ring, turned my finger green the SAME day I bought it. I purchased a silicone-type body scrubber for the shower, as soon as I opened it, it had a sponge inside of it that was all deformed. I'm not sure where this store is purchasing their products, but they are NOT...

Was there today and Sales associate was more than rude. Told me I couldn’t take a pic of a ornament my mom wanted to make sure it’s the right one. Of course no signs posted and pics of their store online. Your not selling anything unique no one else has. A good attitude goes a long way....
