I was in there today & dealt with poor customer service. I bought 1 dozen roses with not needing anything special, just bagged. The young lady with a bow/ribbon in her hair noticed a phone that was sitting on the counter as she was helping check out. I didn't know if that customer left or not. That lady never told me to give me a second I'll be right back; no communication. Now, my debit card was inserted by this time, & I was waiting for the transaction to complete, but that lady left the counter in the middle of my debit card transaction. I waited for her to come back as now my card was accepted, receipt popped up, but that lady had moved my purchased flowers to the side. Still I waited. I turned around & saw her talking to 2 customers. I tapped her on the shoulder, said excuse me, but you never gave me my receipt or handed me my flowers. The lady did apologize but there was poor communication on her end as she left the counter & I didn't know what was happening. When I called in to speak to a manager, this manager claimed this lady ran out to give the phone to the previous customer. (Note: as I was explaining my situation this manager rudely interrupted me & tries to overtalk me). Well, guess what, my husband was waiting outside & no girl matching that description came outside. Also, if it was that customer that was outside, then why did the lady come back inside to speak to a couple? Yes if they had a question then tell that couple please give me a minute I need to finish with this customer. But no, that lady did not. The manager also stated to me that she was right there & saw it. So, if you saw it, then why didn't you intervene? By the manager's words your employee ran outside to give a phone to someone WHILE in the middle of a transaction with another customer. Then comes back inside to talk to another couple while STILL not finishing the transaction with me? Yet, you state "the lady didn't know she's was still helping you?". At what part??? If you're standing there?? You stood there watched the whole thing, didn't intervene, said nothing, & claim something that never...
Read moreMy husbands comes here often and we are usually pleased with the flowers. However, he purchased a “memories” arrangement (called in to have ready for pick up) that costs $60 or so and we were disappointed in the quality of the flowers. I was hesitant to even mention anything to him because I am very thankful to him for the flowers. (He gets me flowers regularly but then I arrange them so this was really something special.) After 5 days there were dying, brown petals on some flowers, and dried, darkened edges on some others. He emailed customer service who contacted the store and a dozen roses were sent the next day which arrived with packing petals but after pulling off the packing petals I could tell those were much better quality/fresher than the others from the arrangement. After 5 days these are still next to perfect with no discoloration at all. I do wish the expensive arrangement would have included flowers of this quality! We will continue to shop at this store - just not buying expensive arrangements. (The star rating reflects the overall experience of the store minus 1 for...
Read moreWell I've only been here once and didn't have a great experience. I walked in asked a young lady behind the desk how I would go about ordering a small custom bouquet. Me....for my wedding. Which was a very small, informal wedding. The girl at the front said I should wait and speak with the wedding coordinator. I told her it probably wasn't necessary as I didn't need extra flowers for decorations or anything else. Just the bouquet. She still insisted I wait and speak with the wedding coordinator. After waiting about 10 minutes another young lady came to me with a business card and said I would have to call, make an appointment with the wedding coordinator, and come back at a later time. I was confused as I was just told to wait. Had I said I needed a bouquet for anything else I would have been helped just like everyone else in the store. But because I told her it was for a wedding I needed to make an appointment? Just for a small bouquet? They probably wanted to try to upsell me with more flowers for a wedding, who knows. I left and went somewhere else...
