After having other embroidery places totally let me down, I came across Spear It Shop. I simply wanted 2 hats done for my husband with a logo I re-created of a band he played with in the 70's for his 70th b-day. There's more sentimentality to the story, but the b-day came and went with nothing done by the other companies that didn't care. Now Christmas was around the corner and I spoke to Stacey. She couldn't promise, but I knew she would try to get it done in time even though I could tell she was working really hard for the holidays (probably does all year). Stacey not only understood what this meant to me, she cared enough to try. She got the hats done in time and they look perfect!! My husband loves them and has one or the other on almost all the time. It wasn't a big or fancy order for the shop, just a couple of hats for an old man; I'll be forever grateful.
