The nighttime “manager” needs fired at this location. Ordered a bowl to go tonight (over an hour before close), when i got home I realized the mistakes. Missing the lettuce, queso ($1.70 up charge), and you could literally count out the TWO single pieces of chicken. The icing on the cake was when i unwrapped the tortilla on the side and rice dumps on my floor. The tortilla was soggy, with old rice stuck to it. Clearly a start of a burrito that wasn’t finished so they decided, why not give it to the next customer. I called into the store and the lady on the phone (same “manager” in question) was super rude all together, then tells me “I guess you can come back here and I’ll remake it”. Gladly! Of course I should’ve known how rude she’d be when I got there, being as she hounded me to bring the bowl back 12 times on the phone. I called to replace it, why would I keep it anyways? I get to the location to just get awkwardly glanced at until I mention I was the one who called. The lady immediately grabs the bowl, opens it and starts sifting through it. As she’s reading off to another employee what’s inside the bowl, she’s making snarky comments and faces like I’m stupid. This escalated when she told me it looks like the right portions in the bowl. I proceed to tell her what’s MISSING from the bowl. She grabs the lid and asks the other employee, “looks like queso doesn’t it?” It was sour cream…. When I told her look at my tortilla she throws away the food and tells me to get out. I ask for her name and how to get a refund and she replies, “Ms.Chipotle” and threatens the cops. At that point I’m out food, money, and time. So yeah, she heard it from me. Never got her name, but I did already get a refund from customer service, and fresh chipotle from the South Lebanon location. Working customer service and management for 3+ years myself, this was absurd...
Read moreUpdating my review to include a second incident at Lebanon Chipotle (original below). The original incident was December 20 so it's taken me over 3 months to return to the restaurant. So once again an issue with chips. They have none. How do you have no chips? They told me I had to come inside to talk to the manager (restaurant is packed and I ordered pick-up in the Chipotlane so I didn't have to get out of the car), and when I said I'm not doing that, the guy goes to get the manger to come to the window and she tells me to call the 800 number. When I said last time I did that I got nowhere and lost my money, she goes to the register and comes back with two dollar bills and hands them to me. I said "What's this?" and she said "our chips are $2". I said I paid $8.60 for a large chips and queso, and she whips the $2 out of my hand, stomps off towards the register, and rudely says "YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT". Uh, you didn't ask and you also have my receipt. This manager was a blond female that looked to be in her 30's. She has no business being a manger. She's horrible.
original review: If the store forgets part of your online carry-out order, don't expect to get your money back or for them to make it easy. I called the store to let them know that they forgot our chips and queso and just asked if they could make a note that we had a credit for one on a future order and was told "we can't do that". So instead, you have to call corporate, go through a bunch of phone prompts, sit on hold, and speak to an outsourced call center in another country. Not sure how this doesn't cost Chipotle a fortune when it could have been easily fixed locally. Made me feel like I wasn't in Lebanon, Ohio. No other restaurant around here has ever operated like this, nor...
Read moreWho ever that lady that made my food Friday (January 24) was terrible. Attitude, rude, and made me wait for my food. I ordered a quesadilla and a side of rice. Easy right… there was still white rice in the container but she was insistent on giving me new rice but I had to wait five minutes for it. I was willing to wait five minutes for fresh rice. 5 min goes by and I go check and it wasn’t done yet so I asked for my quesadilla to start eating so I wasn’t taking so much time but no. Apparently they have to be served together…? Eventually I got my cold quesadilla. Also not to mention my mom has a gluten allergy so they have a protocol for allergy’s to change gloves and spoons out. It’s a little of a hassle but every time we have asked they’ve been so friendly and understanding about it. Not her. Eye roll, sass, everything. We both wanted the vinaigrette because that’s like the best thing from chipotle so we asked and she said “Technically yes but no that’s made for salads” they were legit out of lettuce so how could one order a salad… also again never had an issue asking...
