The Mill at Lebanon — Local services in Lebanon

My husband and I used The Mill at Lebanon for our wedding ceremony and reception. We could not have been happier with our experience! The staff was great in answering questions and providing suggestions as we planned the wedding day, and the actual day itself turned out beautifully in this space. All of our friends and family have commented on how beautiful, warm and unique the space was for our wedding, and we couldn't agree more! It had the right ambiance for our wedding, and it was also affordably priced compared to some other similar venues in the greater Nashville area that charged almost double! We are loving looking back on our pictures and video from the day and are so pleased we picked The Mill for our venue. The only issue we experienced was that you have to use one of their 6 caterers or pay a fee for a buyout. We didn't have any issue with this, but as we went along we had a few negative experiences with two of the caterers. I wouldn't say it's a reason to not use the Mill at all! This is event center has a very unprofessional and rude staff that ultimately just want your money without delivering the full service promised. Had the venue until 10:30 for a wedding reception, but shut down our reception at 9. Before they did they called the police to embarrass the family and to attempt to ensure that everyone left. The police had no idea why they were there and left with no incident prior to or after their arrival. It was all a big mystery and the only solution is that they and the caterer wanted to leave early. This place may look beautiful, but it is a rip off. Do not waste your time or money going here. We had a family wedding here and even though though the venue was booked until 11:30PM and there was enough beer and wine to make it it that long and services such as bartenders where hired for that long, last call was at 9:13pm and they shut it down at 10:15pm. Mill staff called the police for an unknown reason and after witnessing the event for 20 minutes the police left, with no clue as to why they were called. The party was fully under control and there were no issues. If you are trying to have a good time and see your contract fulfilled I wouldn’t recommend The Mill.
