She was heartbroken and convinced she would never see it again. In the off chance it fell at Eddie Bauer, I called to ask if it had been found. They promised to look for it and call me at the end of the day one way or the other. An employee did find it and we arranged to come in the next morning. They all absolutely refused a reward I offered and said they were happy to help us. It is extremely rare to find people this honest, generous, caring, and professional any more.
