Terrible customer service and very rude. I walked up to the register to ask the price of a certain cologne and the lady says "the price is over there" there was no price it says 2x$99 so i said then it's $50 for one ? She says no it's $75... then she was very rude to the other party I was with and told us to leave and that we were sneaky ! All I asked about was the price of a cologne for my husband and she kicks us out. I'm with my one year old and husband and his family, we had no intentions of stealing we are not those kinds of people. Overall terrible experience and and very embarrassing for her to think we were trying to steal when I'm pregnant and with my one year old child. I left the store to avoid any other issues with this women but I will never shop this location or store ever...

In the past week I’ve gone in to your Foxwoods location. Once shopping alone for my daughter. Elizabeth helped me locate a perfume that I was looking for but didn’t remember the name of from years ago… I purchased it. Then three days later I came back shopping with my daughter. Elizabeth remembered me. While playing it cool enough to not “remember me” cause I was shopping with said daughter. Yet again this friendly young lady helped my daughter and I find the perfect smell for the most important men In mine and my daughters lives. Elizabeth took the time to ask questions and listen to us. Which made me want to spend more time shopping within your establishment. I highly recommend going to this location. My husband gave me a perfume gift set for Christmas. I decided to go in person to smell the fragrances before I opened them. I did not care for the 2 out of 5 available to smell so I chose to return them. I had the receipt for the unopened products but found out I was 2 days past the return policy time frame. I was shocked since I didn't even receive it until 12/25 even though it was purchased on 12/11. Not to mention the fact there is a pandemic going on and some are subject to quarantining.
