This restaurant has a crappy website and even crappier service. So this past Monday August 11tg I placed an order through their website for delivery. Totalling about $30 with paid delivery and tip. Got my projected time because they use doordash for their delivery option I guess, and got confirmation of order from their website and via text. Then, at the exact time it was supposed to be delivered I got a follow up text that said my order was canceled by the store and to call them for further assistance. Noones there speaks English, so I was hung up on rudely when they realized I spoke only English. Then I fall back again demand to speak with a manager. I was told no because "no speak English" well that's not my problem. She told me to come pick it up. I said no I paid for and ordered for delivery so I need delivery and she said no. I get my dad to call and they give him some story that they wouldn't give my order to the doordasher so the dasher left then my order was cancelled. They told him to tell me to go to the website and request a refund. Well funny enough, the only contact info is the exact number I called, no email, nothing and with ZERO ways to "request" a refund when the order was cancelled BY the store. They have yet to refund my order. Sad part is, I was highly recommended to go here. Now I never will again. I want my freaking money back!
Este restaurante tiene una página web pésima y un servicio aún peor. El pasado lunes 11 de agosto hice un pedido a domicilio a través de su página web. Me costó unos 30 $, con envío y propina pagados. Me dieron la hora estimada porque usan DoorDash como opción de entrega, supongo, y recibí la confirmación del pedido en su página web y por mensaje de texto. Justo a la hora de entrega, recibí un mensaje de seguimiento diciendo que el restaurante había cancelado mi pedido y que los llamara para obtener más ayuda. Nadie habla inglés, así que me colgaron bruscamente cuando se dieron cuenta de que solo hablaba inglés. Entonces volví a pedir hablar con la gerente. Me dijeron que no porque "no hablaba inglés". Bueno, ese no era mi problema. Me dijo que fuera a recogerlo. Dije que no, que había pagado y pedido a domicilio, así que necesitaba que me lo entregaran, y ella dijo que no. Le pedí a mi padre que llamara y le contaron que no le entregarían mi pedido al encargado, así que el encargado se fue y mi pedido fue cancelado. Le dijeron que me dijera que fuera a la página web y solicitara un reembolso. Lo curioso es que la única información de contacto es el número exacto al que llamé, sin correo electrónico, sin nada y sin ninguna forma de "solicitar" un reembolso cuando la tienda canceló el pedido. Aún no me han reembolsado el pedido. Lo triste es que me recomendaron mucho ir allí. Ahora no lo volveré a hacer....
