About a week ago, I found an adorable purse and the associates, all of them, were fantastic, polite, very willing to help, and all around amazing. Unfortunately, my laptop did not fit in the bag, so I came back on a Friday evening to return it. This outlet mall is so busy on weekends that I wanted to avoid the crowds. Website said they closed at 7pm so I wrapped up at work to make it on time. Get here and someone closes the door in my face, only explanation "we close at 6". Abruptly closed and locked the door. Came back to return it on the weekend and I saw the manager come out to let the next person in line in and attempt to skip the next person. She was a bit loud, declared "she was the manager and you can't come in", despite everyone else in line saying this woman was next. Why did she do this? Someone inside said she saw the woman cut. Now, why would a manager of a brand dedicated to creating happy moments come out and be so rude without even making sure she was correct? Read moreI drive 2 hours to this store about every other month since it is (or was) my choice outlet. Typically all staff is welcoming and friendly, but today I experienced much different. As I entered a male associate was straightening the front handbags. I took a few steps and he looked at me and turned right around without any smile or hello, and walked away. I then browse and go past the cashier whom looks at me and no acknowledgement. I make my way to the back of the store when a third woman comes out of the back and walks straight to the register area. Not one time did any of them alert me of the 60+20% sale, give a smile, say are you finding everything alright, or say this is the deal of the day. I usually get all of that. The one star is for the customer service I did not experience in the store like the other customers inside. No one greeted me nor asked if I needed help. I received more help from customer than the sales clerk. The sales clerk kept interrupting our conversation to ask if the other customer was ok and needed anything. Not once asking if I needed help. When at the check out counter a different sales clerk looks at me and leaves the register for the other lady who ignored me to check me out. The lady checking me out only at that point asked if I found everything ok and I said no. No one stopped to ask me. I told her about how she interrupted my conversation with another customer multiple times. No response no nothing....
