I had a terrible experience at Zales Outlet Store #2711 on February 22, 2025, at 2:34 PM, with associate #475738. I was simply trying to locate a September 2019 purchase to check if I had purchased a warranty for my $2,129 certified diamond earrings. Despite giving my purchase year and maiden name, she couldnât locate the order. I even provided my maiden name, married name, and previous married nameâas I have been a loyal customer for 20 yearsâyet she still struggled to find it. Instead of being helpful, she made an unnecessary and offensive comment: âOh wow, thatâs a lot of names.â
After finally finding my purchase, she condescendingly questioned my memory, asking if I was sure I had purchased a warranty. When I replied that I believed I had, she put the receipt on the counter and rudely stated, âNO, you didnât.â The unprofessionalism and lack of respect were completely unacceptable.
At this point, I donât care what it costs to fix my earringsâitâs about the principle and the disrespect I experienced as a long-time Zales customer. After 20 years of loyalty, I will NEVER purchase from Zales again. If this is how they treat returning customers, Iâd hate to see how they treat new ones. Absolutely unacceptable...

I found something of interest at the time, but i didnât want to hurry into the purchase, until we looked around at other places. The very helpful sales clerk, Neelu, put the ring back and called me the next day to see what we had decided. However, it was until today that I made up my mind and when I called and spoke to Neelu she was very happy to hear that I was ready to buy. It is a hour drive from where we live, but when we got there she and the ring set was ready and waiting. She was so very helpful in making sure that I purchased what I wanted and also made a suggestion about adding another band. Neelu, was also very explanatory about the warranty and the sending out of the rings for sizing. All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with the service that we was given to us and will highly recommend this...
