I have cervical neck problems. I was in leesburg visiting my son. We had to flight to Bosie Idaho to take care of 92 year old Dad, on return flight back left my neck pillow in motel. Went in to sleep number in leesburg Va to try find a pillow. After finding one I thought would work They told me I had 100 days to return it and get money back. My home address is in New Mexico but I am renting in leesburg. I wanted to pay cash so I ask if I returned it would they give me cash back same day. They said yes. So I purchased it. Tried it for a few days and it didn’t work. Returned it to store today when went to get money back they said had to mail a check. Problem I told them with that is I had know Idea when I would return to New Mexico and the address on home we are renting here has been having problems with forwarding of mail. They wanted to see if they could mail my check to their store and me pick it up. Problem with that is they have know Idea when they would receive it. So I was going to take pillow and leave but they told me I I already returned it so I couldn’t have pillow either. So now I have know money and know pillow and know current working address.That check will sit somewhere for awhile. If sits there for 90 days this process will start all over again.I ask about getting money back same day as return for a reason. They took my cash very quickly. If sleep number wanted their money and couldn’t get it they would turn me over to collection and ruin my credit. But I just have to go without a pillow or money to buy another pillow for who...
Read moreWe went into the Leesburg, VA, location at 6pm on Sunday, about an hour before closing, searching for a new bed. We were in the market for a new bed and just wanted to see what inventory they had and what price ranges we could expect. We expected to talk to a salesperson and were hesitant about being pressured into making any decisions. However, the sales associate, Sandra, was very friendly and easygoing. She asked us more questions than she did bombard us with information, which was a huge plus (having worked in sales for years, I am very attuned to sales strategies, and when someone is just "going for the sale," rather than connecting with the customer). I asked many questions myself, and she was incredibly patient and helpful - even after I realized it was 7pm, closing time. She allowed us to take our time and gave us plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves and ask questions. She worked with us to find the bed for us, and we ended up walking out that night with an order placed for a new bed and feeling confident we had made the right decision.

My husband and I purchased a Sleep Number 360 bed, and all the accoutrements (mattress pads, sheets, pillows, pillow protectors, comforter, remote) from Sandra. She was excellent with answering our numerous questions and efficient once our decision was made. No pressure at all. Simply showed us the products we asked to see, explained pros and cons per our needs. Finally, once the decision was made she handled everything to wrap it up. Explained all that we should expect and followed up on everything. We enjoyed it so much we went back to purchase a new bed/headboard. Sandra and Salma again made the purchase and follow up so easy.
