Level3D UP - 3D Print Superstore — Local services in Leesburg

I was excited to see this in the mall and ready to support a local company. I talked to the guy in charge and told him an idea I had and asked if they could make it. He said yes and to contact them online. We had a few back and forth emails describing the project but then he stopped replying. I sent a few more follow-ups to check on the project but he ghosted me. If the project (custom trophies) was beyond his expertise, he should've just been honest. I still would've supported him. But to leave me hanging on my project was unprofessional.

• UPDATE * After my review the company reached out and tried to earn my business again. I gave them a 2nd chance. They quoted me $30 for each one of my items (x12 = $360 for my project). Two weeks later, they emailed and changed their mind. Although nothing changed from my original request, it would now be $100 per item making my total $1200. I received 3 other quotes from 3 other companies and this is more than double my largest quote. I believe my project was too difficult for them and they raised the price to make it worth their troubles. Wasted A LOT of time...

Amazing store located inside the Lake Square Mall, Leesburg. They have all sorts of 3D Printed items and awesome gifts. They can do custom work/designs. Staff is super friendly and genuinely wanting to help. Extremely reasonably priced items. Even if you do not want to purchase anything, it's worth a look around. From Axolotls to Flowers to Dragons to the coolest castle dice rolling to a 6 ft space Rocket. Even Bluey and a Rainbow 🌈 Unicorn were there. Also, a great place for gamers and/or gifts for gamers. We always stop by and shop at Lake Square Mall. We were so excited to see so many new stores. This one is one of the best. The art is amazing. There are gifts, keychains, fidgets, artwork and straw buddies. Don't worry if they don't have what you want or the color you want, just ask them they will print it right then for you.
