I avoid posting negative reviews for poor service at any store, but unfortunately the events that took place yesterday were more than unacceptable. The two ladies that worked on Sunday September 1st 2024 right before closing should consider finding a different line of work, customer service is not for you. I stopped by to purchase a shirt, walked up to the counter where these two ladies were standing, placed the shirts on the counter and instead of greeting me or even making small talk, one of the ladies pushed my shirts towards the other lady and continued there talk as if they were at the park hanging out. This continued throughout the transaction, the only interaction was asking “do you have an account with us” I provided my phone number and she turned the screen towards me asking me “is this you?” I said yes. They continued talking to each other and complementing each other on their folding abilities. Placed my clothes in a bag and handed the bag to me.
