Starbucks — Restaurant in Cedar Hills

I have been consistently coming here for a few weeks now and I have not had one bad experience yet. I am coming from Lehi, which is closer to a few other Starbucks along the way and this Starbucks seems to be the best in the area so far. The people at the window are always friendly give me compliments and in a good mood. I have never had issues when I submit a mobile order to be picked up quickly through the drive-through. This has become my go to Starbucks since I have to drive this way in the morning and it is apparently managed well and has good people. A good positive person in the morning goes along way For people throughout the day.

I have decided to edit my review after the fourth incorrectly made drink in the past month. I order via the mobile app, choose hot coffee and a latte that I want and it comes out iced. Four times now in the past month. This location needs training. Also the contact us page you sent me does nothing, just a dead end link to nowhere.

I looove all the people at this location but this is the THIRD day in a row where my drink is inedible because they’ve pulled bad shots. Like bitterly disgusting. PLEASE learn how to pull good shots and please memorize how to make drinks because there’s always something wrong with mine. :( It’s super inconvenient for me to have to go to the location at smiths or AF but i’m going to switch back to those until this location figures it out.
