Took a valuable gift item to be engraved, they didn't send an art proof for us to approve and they didn't call us stating any issues. Their engravers messed up the engraving twice using two different processes before we found out. We had to call them two days before our deadline to check on it, then found out about the issues. Excellent first time experience! Isabel was more than helpful and even went so far as to open up on a Saturday (when they are typically closed) in order to give me my order for a very important event that day. Superior customer service!! Super speedy turnaround time too. 9 days for a very customized order-Outstanding! Everything turned out perfect! Pricing was much better than anything I found online....

I've had several things engraved here. It's a small store but has much to offer. You can bring in your own itself to engrave or purchase one of their items. They have name plates, awards, for plates.... The staff is friendly and helpful. When something is sent out it is complete and back quickly. The process are reasonable also.
