Jennifer Faircloth misinformed me on how the billing works. I was hit with an extra bill. Went up to CVS to speak with Mrs. Faircloth, and another Dr. was there Christine who was rude to me. Spoke with their supervisor Shannon Anderson who was nice, and had billing department call me. Frank from the billing department told me Mrs. Faircloth was denying anything, and they would not help at all. Basically Mrs. Faircloth was calling me a liar. All I can say is I went up there to confront Mrs. Faircloth so I am not sure why I am the liar. I wouldn't use either one of them. I would not go to the clinic at all. They will charge you extra, and say it is legit, and the doctors are rude, and they miscommunicate then go back on...
   Read moreThis place claims to take walk ins, however when I arrived and went thru all the hassle of figuring out the check in computer system and answering all its questions, was then told by the computer there was no appointments available. I then just happened to get lucky enough to see a door open (at this point I had not even seen a human yet) and I jumped in the doorway and asked about walk-ins, and she explained this time of year they really can't because of "school physicals and such".    Read moreI showed up to my visit and the doctor refused to help me so I'm not sure why it says I didn't show up because I did and she refused to help me. I have a severe toothache with face swelling and she just told me I should go to the ER. Very poor practice. I was in there for less than 1 minute. She basically pushed me out and she acted like she didn't even want me to be there in the first place. Please do better and address this...
