I have to say, I come to Lenexa, KS once every 2 months for business. I am from St. Louis and my preference there is Imo's or Cecil Whittakers as I love provel cheese and thin pizza. I like Pizza Hut, however never thought to try it here. Each time i come here on business, I try a new place. I always order Pizza and wings. Each time from these other places, the wings are rubbery, and just plain yuckie. The pizza is hand tossed or thicker and all dough. The topping are under par. Not good. The cheese isn't even very good and they put Italian seasonings on some. I am a pizza person. My husband says I am addicted to pizza..lol. I say I am a pizza connoisseur. First- Your driver was professional, nice and the table set in front of the door at my hotel room was nice for Covid distancing and he backed off with a smile and spoke pleasant words, which was very nice. I left an additional 2.00 for him. Second- wings were great! Had some crisp to them. I had the mild buffalo wings . Not hot, yet a little spicy sweet to them. Not to sweet though. Pizza fantastic. Crispy, fresh mushroom, purple onions, on all of it. Pepperoni on one half, not greasy at all, banana peppers on the other half with bacon. I would do all pepperoni next time. Personal preference. Read moreToday I ordered pizza for the office. I ordered online at 11am. Had some trouble with the website at checkout but we managed. We've had some weather around KC so the two hour wait time for delivery was inconvenient but whatever. I called to make sure that was accurate. It was. Fast forward to 1pm ...still no pizza. We were a little busy so we actually didn't get a chance to call and check on it until 1:45. I actually got the store not the call center. The guy I talked to didn't identify himself. He didn't know where our order was. Eventually he was able to tell me the driver had left with it 9 minutes prior. (For reference ...google maps says it takes 5 minutes to get to our office from their store.) The driver showed about 10 minutes later ...almost 3 hours after we ordered. The driver had multiple excuses including being the only driver today and how he overslept. 😒 The pizza was not hot. Our wings were soggy from steaming in their container for so long. We won't be using Pizza Hut again. Even if there was a good reason for all of the things going wrong they really didn't handle it in a professional manner. At first the supervisor was rude too but lightened up when I mention how I was treated. Gave me a 6 dollar credit. I just want my money back at this point. Terrible and rude service. I should have gone down there instead. Cold pizza, late order, wrong drink, rude, sauce not even half full...come on guys get off your high horses. Would you like to be treated this way?
