My account has nothing on it! I'm shocked. I sold my winter clothes for almost $150 but my account for spwhen they should be open ring clothes shows "no transactions." I've just tried calling but no one answered, Many new, unworn, name brands, with tags still on. Included a Michael Kors bag, never used, with tags still on for 4228. a new Calvin Klein dress, never worn, with tags still on. New LIz Claiborne, new Tahari peep toe heels, new Skechers comfortable shoes. This isn't making any sense to me.
Did they just give them all away because they didn't wnt to process them? The last time I was there the sales lady told me they had just sold one of my pairs of shoes and she described them exactly as I had left them. What happened to those?

I left tons of women's clothes, shoes, and bags. I am the same person wwho made $150 on my winter clothes. When I was there they said there was sweat on them. But I DON'T SWEAT, not even at the gym. Plus I pay extra for Secret Invisible deodorant, which doesn't even leave a white mark on the clothes.

Upon asking via email for a return policy to be revisited, I heard reply from manager that they’ve been in business 23 yrs and that’s how its is done. That’s not good business practice at all. Especially now with their video selling as there’s no way for customers to see or feel items. I also agree with other reviews on pricing being high for used stuff. So your basically stuck with items purchased that might not fit, or look diff on video etc, No Willingness to give returns and meet us halfway with a store credit, like most all stores do. No longer can justify supporting either store.
Response: This is the first Ive heard of a week return policy offered now. That was not stated by manager at all. The manager however told me I could possibly have 3 days but that sounded as it was not gonna be written as a policy but just possibly an exception for me. Come on…3 days ? what does that do for folks working full time. Not fair. Let’s get this return policy written down for all to have and longer than 3 days or 1 week. It truly should be 30 days like most stores, but compromise on 15 days, it certainly will not hurt your business but enhance it for all. Shes five and everything she wears is from cuties. Everyone always asks and comments on the way my daughter is dressed and me and my wife love that we can say you wouldn't believe me if I told you what we paid for it. Then we tell them I was purchased at a consignment shop. Cuties have you heard of it? They are so shocked and they then want to find out about this little jewel of a store and we are always happy to share how cuties is our favorite retailer for all our kids needs. Plus you can open an account and watch your items sell and get money for them. It's a win win of a store. I cant say enough good things about this store. Staff and managers are always friendly. Store looks great very organized and new added touchd gives you that I'm spending lots feeling but your really saving .The owners are great as well.
