I recently had the pleasure of working with Jumpin’ Jackpot Bounce House for my husband’s 30th birthday party. (I know, it was really for the kids….maybe 😉) I HAVE to say, out of all the companies I have worked with throughout this process, Jumpin’ Jackpots communication is 12/10. They texted me multiple times within 2 weeks of the party with updates, which is HUGE as a host trying to juggle so many moving parts. Leading up to our party weekend they offered to drop it off a day early for FREE. Which I obviously accepted! I had to get my bounces in before the kids got all the fun! I WISH I could remember the guys name that set it up and took it down (my apologies, I was stressed) he was so adorable and kind, and answered all my questions. The bounce house was an absolute HIT, everyone was impressed and asked where I got it from! I have never been so quick to give such a deserving company all the praise. I will be working with them again in the future. 100/10 Jumpin’ Jackpots....

Great service all around! It was last minute and I checked their website but after filling it out what I needed was not available. Within an hour I received a text asking if they could help. I explained what I needed and that their website did not have all I needed. They asked to give them an hour and within an hour they text that they did have what I needed. Contract was attached, I filled it out immediately and returned it. I received text messages with updates on delivery - super helpful! Staff was very efficient and friendly. This is my second year ordering a bounce house from this company, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. From start to finish, their communication is outstanding, ensuring a smooth and worry-free process. They take care of all the setup, so we can focus on the kids having fun. This year, we realized we needed extra chairs after the setup, and they went above and beyond by offering to come back and deliver more chairs—albeit for an additional cost, of course. What stood out was their eagerness to assist and their willingness to accommodate our request, which truly enhanced the overall experience.
