I was a guest here at this venue to a family member that booked this venue.
I witnessed how unprofessional the cleaning staff was.
Please take your money and business elsewhere. This management is very disrespectful. Consider yourself warned, you will be treated unfairly here.
It is extremely unprofessional. This owner gets her own family to write fake reviews.
If you reference the one-star review from A Louie, it reveals how the owner behaves and responds to issues - very dismissive and avoids real solutions. She deflects.
But this is regarding A Louie’s review. I was a GUEST here as well. The owner thinks only the person who books an event here can write a review.
She did not read correctly when A Louie stated the aggressive cleaning staff “came in 20 minutes before [the] event ended and started rushing people out.”
The owner said “the event was not over at the scheduled time.” Again, if the owner was able to read correctly, it clearly states, the cleaning janitors came in BEFORE the event ended.
This shows how the manager is very dismissive and has zero customer care skills and knowledge about running a business.
Also, all the concerns from A Louie was addressed to the manager on a phone call with the person who booked the event. She literally dismissed all concerns and didn’t believe a word that was said. This is why this ordeal has escalated to reviews now.

The cleaning staff came in 20 minutes before our event ended and they started rushing people out. The main older cleaning janitor lady even kept sweeping dust and dirt on all our baby shower gifts.
Some of our guests even got dust in their faces as they were trying to pick up gifts.
Our party was confused as to what was actually going on.
It stated to escalate when the old lady started bossing people around. She came up to me 5-6 times very bossy and with a heavy accent and it was hard to understand what she was saying. Her tone was beyond rude. I actually had to leave the event space because she was too aggressive.
The whole experience was disappointing. If the management allows that type of pushy behavior by their employees, consider yourself warned before you book an event here.
The management will always say “it’s in the contract,” but no where in the contract does it say they will push you out of your event with the time you paid for! They are aggressive people at this place of business.

They have their open house on Mondays and are able to show their services. Their value exceeded my expectations and they offer so much! The space is clean, spacious and adaptable to any event. While I was there, folks came in for all kinds of events. Birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and much more! I got to meet Chris who was so friendly and informative. Text communication with their owner was so easy, fast and informative. She was very responsive and so kind. This is a family business and their passion to make your event memorable really shines through.
This is a refreshing addition to the area and for anyone looking to host a beautiful event on the smaller side without feeling cramped or having to compromise on value. I wish Wisteria the best of luck and definitely go...
