"I was very pleased with this company, after researching many shed installing companies." They had the best reviews and the best prices for their products. The sheds that I personally reviewed at their company location, where well put together and with quality products, very solid. My wife and I had plenty of styles and sizes to choose from. When we arrived at their company location on a Sunday afternoon, we were first impressed with the clean and very organized display of their different selection of sheds. When we went inside we were equally impressed with the clean an welcoming interior. 'There was a gentleman sitting at the main desk working at the computer who greeted us very pleasantly and welcomed us to the company and asked us to sit down. He was a very relaxed and asked how we were doing and if he could be of service. We explained that we were in the market for a storage shed and that we had researched quite a bit and we had selected J.B Woolf Custom Sheds & Garages as the company we wanted to use. We asked him what his name was and he answered that his name was Jerry, he was the owner of the company. He apologized for not introducing himself at the beginning. My wife and I thought he was such a nice man he was not pushy and he never put pressure on us to select one style or size over another. He gave us access to all the sheds and let us look them over at our own pace and told us to take our time. After we had the style and size selected he explained all the details that we needed to know to pick any options that were available. It was a very easy process and we made our choices and he set us up with the earliest delivery and installation date. I received a call on an earlier date because someone cancelled on the following day. We were offered that earlier date if we wanted it and of course we took it. The day of delivery I met Richard and George. They were very polite, they asked me where I wanted the shed to be placed. After that they began working and did not stop not even to take a lunch or a break. They were a very efficient team, they worked together like a well oiled machine. I would go out and take pictures during the building of the shed and would ask them if they needed anything like water or soda and they would kindly say no thank you. Before I knew it Richard knocked on my door telling me they were done. He led me to the shed so that I could review it and I was so impressed with their work and how solid it was! I must commend Richard and George on their excellent work! And must say that Jerry and his company are the best here in San Antonio and I know that this company will grow and become a very respected organization in the Shed & Garage business. From the start of my project to the very finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience. JB Woolf Sheds and everyone who works there truly exceeded my expectations.

I needed a company that was willing to customize a shed for me and turn it into a beautiful store for my business. I stopped by their office and sat down with Rick to begin designing my building. He was incredibly nice and helpful and was able to accommodate all of my needs. Each time I needed to make a slight change, or add something to my building during the design process, Rick was always very quick to respond by phone or email and I was never once told they couldn't do something.

I met Jerry (owner) and his crew Rico and Jay on the job site on a Wednesday and they began construction. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable and were truly excited about the project. Jerry was very attentive to detail and made sure Rico and Jay knew exactly how I wanted things. He continued to stop by and check on the project throughout the entire build. By Friday of the same week they had the entire thing mostly finished. I couldn't believe how quickly it all came together. Due to wind, they had to wait an extra day to paint and put the roof on. That weekend, I was down at my building and Rico showed up (on his day off) to put a protective covering over the plywood roof to keep any moisture from getting inside, just in case it were to rain. I was so impressed with his professionalism and just the fact that he took the time to come over on his day off to make sure my building was protected. It blew me away!

The kind of customer service I received from everyone at JB Woolf Sheds is something that is hard to find these days. If I ever need another building, they will absolutely have my business. JB Woolf Sheds has built two garages for us over the years (different locations). I highly recommend them to build your next garage, carport or shed for the following reasons:

1. Pricing: They have upfront pricing on their website and my custom estimates were in line with their posted prices. No surprise charges, fair costs on the requested upgrades, with everything detailed out in the estimate.
2. Communication: The office manager and the onsite foreman communicated the schedule and verified the details of the build at every phase of construction. I always knew when the crew would arrive and appreciated them double checking on the details like paint, etc. before beginning.
3. Both times the final product was exactly what I was envisioning. Owner Jerry followed up to make sure everything was complete to my satisfaction.

Both of our garage builds with JB Woolf were upgrades and differed from the standard, but that was no problem for them. We wanted our new garage to match our existing house (e.g., custom siding); our estimate was priced fairly and the final build looks awesome. You’d never guess the house and garage were built 20 years apart! They also built us a well shed that included floor cutouts for easy access to the pipes, if needed in the future. It's that kind of thoughtful design and construction that I appreciated.
