Read moreWell, I know where I’ll never buy a car from. Smelled like cigarettes so overwhelming I left smelling like them too. I Asked for the vehicles specs. Just the specs not a drive, not a loan, nothing but the papers; would not give them to me without taking my drivers license. Took pictures of my drivers license on his personal cell phone, then printed it out came back to the desk. I had already told him I didn’t want to sit just need the specs and price so I can go home and review. Had to repeat myself four times, finally loudly yell to the desk what is the price for him to say, oh idk $67k or $71K. There was no price on the vehicle or the online. Pretended to not know what Specs means and I kept asking for him to just pull up the info and print it out, to him respond well I need all your info so I can give you the PO, because I can’t get into it without your info. Lies. Finally had enough and left. I told him we have my sons soccer game to go to, we just need the info and it was absolutely horrible trying to get some simple info and being lied to that my info was needed for them to see their vehicle inventory information. Read moreScheduled to have an X pipe installed that I bought off the ford accessories website. Called an made an appointment and they didn’t know what an X pipe was . Dropped the car off at 720 in the morning. At 1030 in the morning got a phone call asking why I was getting the oil changed because it wasn’t due . After I explained why , I asked how much was an oil change. He said he didn’t know how many quarts it took. So I asked when it would be done and he said it was a big job and would take a while. Finally said late afternoon. At 1230 I went back to the the dealership to find my car sitting in the same spot untouched as I left it in at 720 in the morning. I explained that they had the car long enough and we were expecting bad weather and I didn’t want my car sitting out . So I cancelled the appointment and got my money refunded on the X pipe an installation. I cannot recommend going here because the person at the front desk that scheduled and deals with customers is borderline hostile and not very well trained because he couldn’t answer any of my questions. And he acts like he’s annoyed that he has to deal with customers. He was also rude to a customer on the phone while I was waiting to be helped. I will take my car to my regular mechanic...
