Dropped off my chain saw to be repaired because I figured they would already have parts in stock to fix it. Waited 4 days with no contact from the store. Contacted them and they stated they usually take 5 days to figure out what is wrong and contact customer. So I waited another 5 days and heard nothing. I called them at day 9 which is Today. The kid who answered the phone told me they were really backed up On repairs. The mechanic then got on the phone and stated my saw failed a compression test. He said his reading was 90. And the saw would need to be replace. Also mentioned they sel saws there. I went and picked up the saw and performed 2 compression tests at my house and each were 140psi which is perfect for the saw. I seriously doubt any troubleshooting was done on my saw at this place. I went ahead and ordered a new carburetor, fuel and air filter from amazon for it and will fix it myself. They may be a decent store to buy things but please do not take your equipment to be repaired there. 10 days wasted that I could have been making progress on...
Read moreMy daughter and I came into your store on June 26 because I had carelessly locked the key to my suitcase in the suitcase. A staff member was stocking shelves near the front door and immediately greeted us and asked how she could help. We told her our dilemma, and without too much amusement, she took us to a service desk where 3 young men were making keys, etc. We told them we would buy a bolt cutter, hack saw or whatever was needed if they could help us open the suitcase. Within what seemed like seconds, one of them returned with a bolt cutter and cut the lock. They informed us we did not have to purchase the tool (I was already wondering how I was going to pack that large tool) and there was no charge. Out of gratitude we did purchase some MD souvenirs. I entered the store & was greeted by a young man, I unfortunately don’t know his name, but younger gentlemen maybe late teens to early 20’s w/ dark brown shoulder length hair working at some counter in middle of store! I asked if they had a bathroom & he got his key & walked me into back area to use it! On the way, he also showed me where the plant pots were that I was there for!
Then after looking around & finding some items, I headed to checkout & Deborah was an absolute delight! She was warm & friendly and even took the time to get the manager, who was very personable as well, to confirm my item was discounted properly!
