Firstly, THANK YOU SUSAN!! I came into the salon with thick, long, colored, bleached, completely damaged hair. My hair was so unmanageable and frizzy that I came in thinking I could do some kind of perm to make it look tamed. Susan sat me down and spent time examining my hair and giving me a thorough diagnosis of my hair condition. I really appreciated the effort and honesty. She suggested Keratin and to cut a chunk of the damaged hair. I love having long hair and was hesitant but I trusted her. I am SO glad I did! She went above and beyond. She worked her magic to get my hair revived, even going as far as using two different heat temperatures (for the healthy & damaged portions of hair) and having my hair sit with keratin shampoo in it to bring back some moisture. I drove 1.5 hours one way to Coco at a recommendation online and I'm so glad I did! I'll never go anywhere else again. My hair is so healthy, smooth, and looks "alive" again! I'll continue to do this 3 hour round trip just to get my hair...

Julie has been cutting my whole family's hair for at least 10 years now. We had to follow her from her old location, Magic hair, even if it meant driving an extra 2 hours out of our way.

No one else can cut our hair as great as she does! We've tried every hair cutting place nearby, even one in Korea. We also have very thick hair and we come in with a certain image reference, so we are always amazed when Julie does it all. Sometimes, we get tired of the same haircut and Julie works with you by incorporating new in-trend styles, so our haircuts are always chic and refreshingly new.

Whenever we go for an appointment, there are always other customers there. We don't mind because the wait is very comfortable. Since we also get coloring and perms from her, it's a lot of waiting for the dye or perm to set so being very comfortable is so important. Sometimes we ask her to dye our eyebrows or give our bangs a cut, and she does that too! I don't think I've seen a hair salon give better service...

I booked an appointment here 3 days ago. Waited 30 mins to start my service even though I was on time (my appointment was supposed to start at 11am), which is fine since I noticed it was super busy. Showed reference pictures to my stylist because I wanted a cut and highlights. Haircut was good and I had no issues with it really. For the highlights, I noticed my stylist was rushing a little bit. Anyways after the bleaching and toning process, I was okay with the color but I realized when I got home to take a closer look at it, some parts of the highlights weren’t close to the roots as I thought they would be which is okay if it was blended out, but some of it wasn’t. I should’ve let the stylist know to blend it out a little bit so it’s not so harsh when my hair starts to grow out but I figured that was a given? All in all, not too terrible — I think I’d return for a haircut, maybe...
