If I could give 0 stars I would based upon my experience! I was shopping and noticed that an item did not have a price tag. So I asked a rep if they could assist. The rep noticed that a duplicate item (picture) had a tag which read $33.99. I mentioned to him that I figured it was the price given that there was writing on the back of the item which read 33/40. However as I was shopping he stopped me and asked to put the item in the front. He gave an excuse of wanting to tag the other item. I initially thought nothing of it, but later I wandered why he couldn't wait until I was finished shopping. I asked another rep to speak to a manager and I expressed my concerns. The rep that I spoke with brushed it off and stated that he's extremely nice, made small talk and spoke to the initial rep....essentially brushing off my concerns. I let things go until I got home and noticed that the initial rep swapped the tag!! Although the item was priced at $33.99, it was swapped for a tag which read $39.99. As an African American this raises a bigger concern regarding discrimination...why were there 2 prices written on the back of the item? Apparently the pricetag is different based on the shopper! I'm not concerned with the actual price....my concern is that the item was intentionally mislabeled!. Needless to say I will return all items and not patronize a store that utilizes...

I love this store!!! I'm always shopping here! I got all of our rugs from here very elegant. We have paintings from them and different types of furniture. We have all of our organized bins they have so many different colors and designs. All of my bathrooms have accessories from them. Everything I have had from them has been years and still look brand new. They always have what I come in looking for you name it they have it. I got a beautiful rose gold sparkly dish set from them plates and bowls and very nice glassware. They have a huge selection of decorative pillows. My house looks like a show house definitely have alot of elegant looks and great prices!! The quality is excellent!!! They have toys for children, cooking stuff, baking, home decor, pictures, laundry baskets, bins, glassware, pantry organization, rugs, furniture, bathroom decor, towels, sheets, bedding, lamps, wrapping paper, and other miscellaneous stuff....

HOMEGOODS was always one of my FAVORITE stores. I would go in to pick up 1 item, but would come out with a husband in shock over the "many" items I would load into the car. I went on 7/30/2020 and they had remodeled. The new upscale look means nothing when you don't have the merchandise to put into it. The shelves had items on them but no better that what Tuesday Morning use to have. I came out with NOTHING, and that NEVER happens! I really hope this is because of the pandemic, and is NOT a sign of things to come. I went to Kirklands afterwards, and the sales woman told me that she had heard the same thing from previous clients. I hope HOMEGOODS will be able to withstand the economic downturn wherein many stores are closing, but they will have to make sure that their stores "RETURN" to its...
