After many experiences at this store, I can confidently say this is the worst Staples location I’ve ever been to. You should expect long wait times for any service, they are extremely understaffed, and the staff that does work there is largely incompetent. I’ve tried to get print and marketing services done elsewhere locally, and unfortunately Staples is the only store in the area that can print a wide selection of products; otherwise I would never consider walking in here again.
My final straw was printing our program booklets for our wedding. Very basic bulletin, one page, folded in half. On my first trip in, we were directed to go to the website to upload our design and format it ourselves. I did that, thinking the format was correct, and placed the order. They printed standard 8.5x11 sheets of paper, not a booklet. The gentleman that showed me the printed order was then able to pull up the design website and quickly put together what we needed, as I described it to him and physically showed with a piece of paper exactly what we needed. Why was the first person that helped us the day before unable to do that? I’m not sure. They placed the 2nd order, and I came back the next day to pick it up. Once again, they were just 8.5x11 sheets of paper, just stapled together this time. Not at all what I described in detail. I gave up at this point, $385 completely wasted.

Read moreI am literally typing this in my car after leaving. I had asked an associate if I could get a very important letter sent here. She said yes and gave me the fax number. That's where the good experience stopped. I then proceed to call the auto company where I was buying a car and gave them the number. They said that the number was disconnected, so I went back to the desk. I stood there for 5 minutes while 2 employees in the back were chatting and eating. Finally someone came up and I explained the situation and showed them the number. They said" that's our number so it must be on their end". So, I came out to my car and called the number. Guess what? It was a number of some guy. I called the store and asked for a manager before i hung up after waiting 5 minutes and decided I'd just write this. So I didn't get the document on time, which is a huge inconvenience. Very poor customer service. For reference, I'm writing this Wednesday the 24th at 5:22pm. Just in case you want to ask your employees what the problem was. I'm sure they'll make an excuse and say I was rude or something.
