Prospective patron, welcome to Jack In The Box, where culinary excellence takes a backseat. The menu? Well, let's just say they've perfected the art of greasiness. If you're in dire need of a shortcut to heartburn city or diarrhea alley, you've come to the right place. And don't even get me started on the accuracy of orders - it's like a game of culinary roulette. For the night owls and insomniacs among us, Jack in the box truly shines. While other fast food joints bid their farewells at a reasonable hour, this establishment stands resolute, catering to those midnight cravings and the potential aftermath of decisions made in the wee hours. Before your arrival, consider asking yourself: Are you tired of convenience? Do you have something to prove to the world? If the answer to either question is yes, then look no further. Skip the "drive through" and have an experience! Go inside, where beige hues and plastic seating dominate, offering a perfectly preserved snapshot of an era when frosted tips were the height of fashion. Prove to yourself and to those waiting in the drive through that you're 'different' by sitting alone like a psychopath at any one of the several dirty, sticky, uncomfortable table options available, each immersed in bright light and cold AC. In conclusion: If you're seeking an unremarkable adventure in the realm of fast food, look no further. Jack in the box awaits, with its unapologetic aura of ordinariness. Remember, no one goes here during the day. And for those that come at night: It's not about the destination, but the journey... to a place where even the most bland experiences can...
Read moreThis is the only Jack In the Box location that can correctly fulfill my breakfast order. So I'm very happy!! Most fast food places offer a sausage biscuit, which is only the biscuit and the sausage. I do not like egg and cheese on my sausage biscuit at all. It ruins the taste of the other two ingredients, in my opinion. However, Jack in the Box does not automatically offer the sausage biscuit option, as do their competition.
And other locations always have a big problem getting my order correct , WITHOUT overcharging me for items that I do not want on my sandwich . Over the years, I've learned to order this as " two biscuits , ADD sausage.". That way I'm not overcharged for eggs and cheese that I DO NOT want!!! And that is the problem at other places. Even though I specifically tell them two biscuits ADD sausage, and I say NO when they ask if I want egg and cheese; most of the time the employees in Dallas do not know how to ring this up correctly. They either ring up the SEC biscuit and leave off the egg and cheese ( meaning they are over charging me when I don't want egg and cheese) or they end up giving me the entire SEC, after charging me for such, but it is Not what I wanted or ordered.
Kudos to this location for getting my order correct!!! And they tasted great as well We will be returning to this location whenever we are in the...

I tried Iced caramel coffe at this location for very first time at this location more than 2 years ago and loved it, since then, I buy one every single day. I used to work in dallas, so I bought in different Jack in the box locations. I started working in Flower mound this june, so, main st location in Lewisville is on my way, I buy my coffe and some food many days a week.
Well, when this mexican woman who seems to be the manager because she wears the gray shirt is at the drive thru, my coffe is just disgusting, it doesn't taste good, even the color is very clear it trastes just like vainilla.
I made the comment to her, she ask me to pay extra 25 cenas if I want ti get it fixed it, just once I paid extra, because I usually don't carry cash. Well, even when I paid extra, she just pretended, she gave me exactly the same.
I got my coffe at at least 5 different locations and it's only when this woman works at the window when I really don't like it, I don't understand if she does the same to other customers or at this point she does this to me because I complain about my Coffee.
Anyway, I don't think...
