The fact that your response to the previous review is so rude shows you're unprofessional and basically a child.... No where in your website or on Google does it say only open to appointments... If you had simply answered the phone or replied to the voicemail left hours ago we could have gotten the info we required to book a room...also the website didn't let us book saying we required 4 people which is why we wanted to talk to someone on the phone... The attempts to call and speak to a person to gather information about the policies and requirements to book a room on the website was excessive towards the end, before reaching the point of leaving any reviews. I find it hard to believe that 4 people are required for each experience. You should have more tact as a business owner because let me tell you, I would have come to this establishment multiple times to do every single room; but youre rude and uncaring response will lead your business to banckrucy. As for another previous review it was a very similar issue and yet another...

Experience was not great at all 😭. Had been there last year 2022 to do moll dyer and that was a cool experience the 2 girls running it were awesome & only helped when we asked for a clue. On the 15th of March 2023 we decided to go back and try again with reservations made to do the jail. There was only one person running the operation she was cool at first then when it came to us being in the room trying to figure out everything she would not shut up and let us figure out stuff for our own she kept coming in trying to tell us what to do to get us out of where we were. She was bothering us about half of the game by not letting us figure out anything for ourselves. The game itself the concept was cool if she would have left us alone we would have gotten through everything a lot quicker and been out and not been so frustrated by the end of the game. We won with 7 minutes to spare but the person that was running it needs to find another job. Or stay at the desk & ONLY HELP WHEN ASKED...

Did the Moll Dyer room. It started with really friendly and personable staff who made us feel welcome. Continued with an engaging puzzle adventure. Ended with us succeeding with plenty of time to spare!

Realistically, I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. A few puzzles were not very straight forward, a few puzzles pieces could use a redesign (good puzzle, but the physical execution was a little wonky), and a few puzzles just required sheer luck. Any further feedback or details would give away the secrets :p

None of this truly detracted from our experience, though, so it's not worth knocking an entire star off. The complexity and number of puzzles to solve seemed fair enough to allow us the leeway of a few minor hiccups and still escape.
