We have a contract with this store. I was first pretty impressed with the service. Upon delivering my bed a decision was made by one of the personnel to change my order. Mind you without calling me first. They said well we will get that delivered next week. I stated no you won't. I have already been waiting for my bed, I did not make the decision to change my order you did. You will deliver what I requested. That incident was remedied by them brining out the correct components for my bed. I made the decision to have them come pick up the frame (just your basic frame) and the box springs. I am keeping the mattress. I asked if there is going to be a payment difference? I was told I don't know, I will get a call on Monday and we won't be able to pick up the other stuff until next week. The manager is rearranging the floor and won't be able to call you back until next Monday! Are you kidding me! This is the worst! I have had used Aaron's before. Read moreLots on display...... staff friendly and helpful. I got the Samsung washer and dryer. It was set up for delivery the next business day. I was concerned about the set up because it was very tight quarters where the wash/dryer hook ups are and the doors are not very wide. Jacob and Ernest were the delivery crew and on arrival they friendly and confident and went straight to work moving the old washer and dryer out onto the deck and this was no easy task, Jacob is very strong and can pick the washer up by herself. Ernest also was strong and very helpful and these two men got the job done and made the delivery a good experience verses. Painful experience. I appreciate there great attitude 's and their expertise in delivering and installing the appliance 's. I will not hesitate to recommend this Aaron's to someone else. Read moreLet me start by saying I loved our service in the beginning of our lease. We had no issue at all, they worked with us on the days of our payments and all that. Well about 4 months into our lease they began blowing my phone up everything for a payment which was arranged on a certain day by the manager and myself. I found out I was pregnant around this time and went ahead and paid 4 months in advance. Each month I got a phone call saying I haven't paid anything on my account Etc, the lady is very rude leaving voice-mail as well as actually talking on the phone.I have been hospitalized and wasnt able to comr up there and talk on a Monday but I could come on a Wednesday and she was very inconsiderate, only stateing my account needed a payment (keep in mind this is within the 4 months I paid in advance) I am at the point of returning all my items, and losing all my money due to their...
