Big Lots — Local services in Lexington

I absolutely love this location and would drive out of my way to return! I saw some furniture that was out of stock at my local store and contacted the Lexington location. The store manager placed my name on it to hold the last one in stock even though I told him I couldn’t make it there for a few days. When I went to the store to purchase, the associates were all very nice and helpful. Several months later, I had issues with my furniture and the assistant store manager contacted the manager who was on vacation. They were able to replace my defective item and will deliver a replacement in a few days. Not a happy camper as we went to purchase a recliner which was on sale. We waited about 45 minutes as they were very busy and had three different employees said they would be with us momentarily. We took a picture of the recliner and price tag attached. We then drove to the one on Saint Andrews road to check and one wasn't available. We then drove back to Lexington and after an hour and fifteen minutes had a conversation with a manager who informed us the recliner was not only available but not at the price posted even as we showed a picture we had taken a less than two hours earlier. They had what we needed in stock , the staff she was very helpful with my sister and I answered every question we had about the Entertainment Center , and went out of her way to make sure , we were handle like we were the only customer in the store , we we bought the entertainment Center , she followed up with HAVEING staff to Load it into the Bed of the Truck , and she explained the steps to take if we were not happy with the product , after getting it home , she gave us a 30 day recept to bring it back for any Reasion , that's real service i fill , store location is in Lexington SC and we will be back to shop Allen...
