We bought 3 appliances from this store a few weeks ago. A washer and a dryer which seemed an easy scratch and dent decision as they're kept in a separate closet. We also got a refridgerator which we were less sure about but when we thought about it we have all kinds of things stuck to our fridge with magnets so who can see a dent? All 3 appliances were delivered the same day we bought them, each had a delivery fee. We happened to get the owner ( James ) of the 3rd party they use for delivery and install and he was professional and very helpful. After the 2nd day the GE fridge still hadn't made any ice in the icemaker. I called the store and spoke to Jimmy. He walked me through a reset. The following day still no ice and Jimmy along with someone else from the store said they'd be there the following day. Sure enough they came to look at the unit, did a reset themselves and said I should call in the morning if there was no ice. I called the next day ( no ice ) and they sent a replacement fridge same day ( with James ) and took care of the delivery fee. The replacement fridge ( same make and model ) is working fine. They had me in and out in minutes. I want to specifically complement James the delivery driver. I was going to take my refrigerator home with my little utility trailer but he had some concerns about it and I’m glad he stopped me. It was getting later in the day and he could’ve easily let me just go at my own risk. He delivered my refrigerator same day for $75. He went above and beyond getting it into my residence, which was no easy task. He even took the front door off the hinges and reinstalled it afterwards so he could get in to the house. He did a full install of the fridge. On New Year’s Eve, and with still one more stop to make, he could’ve easily cut corners and left me hanging. I like supporting small businesses like this one and James. The big box stores do bring jobs to our communities, but it’s hard to beat small town...
