Honestly I did not want my food, but that doesn't matter because the customer service in the apologies I got in the correction they made was well worth going there. My daughter's name is on this review and I don't know why but anyway she's from the area and she says she's always loved your food I think they were just having a bad day it was graduation and they were just slammed packed full. But bottom line the customer service was out of this world. they corrected everything they gave me a new mail and did everything they could to make me happy. I think it was the manager I'm not sure oh, but I told him that my daughter had just graduated today which yeah it is still today, and what he said to her was so moving, I'm kind of jealous because I could not have said it better then he did. He's got to have children of his own to be able to speak like that to my daughter because it was absolutely moving and absolutely wonderful. Again I'm not from that area and my daughter says she loves their food and she even said today it wasn't so good so everybody has their bad days and you know that. But my whole point of even saying that about the food not being so good is for you to come pair that 2 how wonderful they were to me about making it right and replacing my food with something else that I did thoroughly enjoy. And to make sure you know that I'm not from that area so I would not be a good judge as far as saying oh yes their food was awful or their food was wonderful because everybody has their bad days. And again the customer service and the management was so sorrowful and so genuine in their apologies to me. It made me feel bad. Becausr I'm not generally a complainer, some may disagree with that LOL. But I would definitely recommend anybody go there because damn I think I'm early said come up my daughter does live there and she says she loves their food. So they were just simply not having a good day they were very very busy. But that did not take any smiles by any of the steps faces on the management. They were so willing to make it right. I would definitely go there again just simply because of the customer service. Maybe order something different that I did before lol but sometimes it makes all the difference in the world to be around such wonderful surmise and to be around me people that are just so willing and so happy to make sure that you are happy. There was no arguing involved whatsoever they replaced my food without any arguing at all. So anyone that's in that area that would definitely recommend you go to flight deck. And I will return there again one day when I'm in that area. I hope that this review did not buy any way shape or form deter you from considery going there. Because again, my daughter is from there and she said their food is always wonderful. We all have our bad days and you know that especially this day and time. But God bless their employees all of them and the management cuz they were...

I ordered through Grub hub and paid $50.00 to get lunch for me and my best friend who is here from out of town..... I was raving about their food. I just got out of the hospital and cant drive and shes here helping me so I wanted to do something nice 4 us both. I got my meal minus the all important sauce. The chicken is dry and hard for me to digest (I had stomach surgery) with it this dry. I immediately texted grub hub and called the restaurant. After explaining my issue to the first young lady who answered the phone she asked to please put me on hold and next thing I know a lady named Bertha answered asked me what my issue was I told her she basically said call GrubHub well one they don't have a direct number you can call because of the way it's texted to me but I had already tried to contact them and I got no reply so seeing it's the restaurants reputation I figured maybe they would want to do something to correct the issue at which time I was again told to call GrubHub I got off the phone with them ...texted back to GrubHub to no avail so I called back to the restaurant to speak back with someone. I want to thank Miss Bertha for calling me back and offering to replace my meal although I couldn't get it delivered and have made it through this meal she gave me a credit in the store for the meal that should have been replaced thank you so much for taking the time to call me back and helping work this...

So I really don’t know where all these 5 star rating are coming from for this place. I can only think it’s locals who don’t get away much. The only positive about this place is the atmosphere. It has lots of sights to see inside and an arcade. Now to the actual reason you would come here…..to eat.

The menu seems like it varies but it’s just different versions of the same meal over and over again. For just a shade under $50 we got a small order of onion rings (frozen, not fresh, some were still cold), chicken bacon quesadillas (just not good, a quote from the wife, “well it’s not Taco Bell, so that’s not saying much), Philly with mushrooms (mushrooms were canned and not fresh), French fries (frozen cafeteria seasoned), Diet Coke (over iced to save on cost), and a BOTTLED beer ($3.95 for a bottle of beer, enough said).

The quality was on par with Denny’s and IHOP which both are worthless establishments to begin with. The service was not very good as the waitress simply took the order, brought the food, then the bill. No other communication. We decided to get a slice of banana foster cake as that at least looked good. No it wasn’t. Dry, dry, dry, and the buttercream icing was hardly sweet.

So for a grand total with tip of just under $70, we left very upset. We only ate half our meal and felt ripped off. We could have went to Texas Roadhouse for cheaper and had superb service...
