Excellent experience here! I really needed to get my eyebrows done but my usual lady was having vision issues and is out for minimum a month. I had to cheat on her, I hated to do it. I picked this place because they had good reviews. The other location on Devine had no availability left for the day. I called at 4:30 and was able to get in at 5:30. Olivia was ready for me when I got there at 5:27, she was friendly, and made conversation. She was very precise with my eyebrows, I expressed how important my eyebrows are to me. She did a great job, I was not disappointed. My “upper lip” has a lot of fine hairs hard to see. She went over it several times until we were both satisfied and couldn’t see anymore hair. She was so sweet about it and actually apologized to me for having to do it so many times. Usually, I have to kinda beg people to do it again and again because yes I can still see hair there. Great value at $22 (plus tip). I was in at 5:30 out at 6 pm exactly. Staff was sweet too. This is going to be my go to plan B when my usual lady is...

My appointment was scheduled weird on the website so I saw two different ladies today - one for underarms and full legs, the other for a Brazilian. The first woman I saw was Leslie, and she was very nice. Unfortunately Leslie left behind a lot of hair and wax on my underarms, as well as large areas of hair, to include the entire back of my thighs, and wax on my legs. The second lady I saw was Cryshenda, for my Brazilian. She was very nice and when I told her this was my first appointment she did great at preparing me for each strip and explaining her process. I am very pleased with my results. When I asked about after care she said to exfoliate after 24 hours. Other than that I wasn’t given much information about after care - what to/not to do. Thank god for google. I will likely reschedule with Cryshenda for follow up Brazilians and try again with her for the legs and underarms. I’m pretty disappointed though, that I spent $72 on full leg and underarm waxing for these poor results. Would have posted a pic of my legs but I already tweezed and cleaned...

I had a deeply disappointing experience during a Sunday morning appointment. Despite being scheduled for a 10:00 AM service, there was zero communication from staff—we were left waiting with no updates or explanation. My daughter sat in a room for an entire hour without anyone acknowledging her or letting us know when the service would begin.

What’s even more frustrating is the business's strict enforcement of a “5-minute late” policy and a 30% service fee. Yet there seems to be no accountability when customers are left waiting for an hour. Where’s the policy protecting our time? Where’s the commitment to client satisfaction?
