7/27/24 update: my face still gets cold beside my nose all the way down to my lip. I still have rearranged tissue and vessels due to the treatment performed. It has been over 4 months. I also have atrophied muscles with a crater. And what have Adriana and Kristen done to help me? Nothing! Not a darn thing. They don’t care that they’ve ruined my face and my life. They haven’t offered me help, they haven’t offered me a refund of the $1500, (Adriana told me $1000 total, but Kristen made the front desk change it and charge me more). The plastic surgeon told me I did not have a vascular occlusion! He told me that on the second visit that they sent me to. My life is ruined and none of these people care. If it was their face they would care. None of these people should have licenses!

Updated: This is absolutely RIDICULOUS that you’ve apparently paid enough money to control your google reviews to lock it so you can hide any review that you don’t like that isn’t a 5 star!!! Came to Adriana and Kristen for a suspected vascular occlusion that another injector caused that was adamant was not a VO. Instead of them sending me to someone who knew how to treat it correctly and in every aspect, they attempted to do it themselves. I am now left with a pale upper lip with tissue damage, thinning, and insufficient blood supply so much so that my lip, upper lip, nose, and palate get cold on that side with wind, temperatures lower than 74. They were happy to take $1500 from me to “try and see what happens and me be their test animal”. Now I’m left with permanent low blood supply to one side. All bc they did not treat the area properly. When they could have sent me to someone who knew what to do and had treated VO before. They never said, “we have never treated VO, therefore you may be in better care with a surgeon who has, bc that’s in the best interest of the patient”. That’s exactly what they should have said and sent me to the ER or a plastic surgeon. Now I’m left like this with no options to restore...

Francesca is great! Kind, considerate. She is genuinely concerned about me as a person! She makes certain what she is doing is not uncomfortable! She does my dermaplaning and my facial! Great experience. I wood recommend her to everyone!

I went to Danielle for my neuromuscular massage w temporomandibular joint treatment. Great experience. Danielle takes her time, speaks quietly and explains what she is doing. She is amazing!

The building is beautiful, bright and clean. Kristen Joyner, the owner is fabulous. I have been to both Danielle and Kristen before. Great team!

Kayla is the receptionist and is very kind and welcoming. She maintains eye contact and she makes u feel at home.

Tessa is amazing. She waxed and shaped my brows yesterday. What a great experience! She was easy on my skin, no ripping or pulling. She used a scissors to trim up my brows and combed my brows when she was finished. Kind, gentle, soft spoken lady w a passion. Thank u Tessa!

Had a facial today from Tessa. What a wonderful experience. From the hot towel compression, hot steam for my enlarged pores to the great smelling Vitamin C product and the removal of hair from my face I am floored! My face feels great. It is soft and clean and glowing. Tessa is the best!

Vitality Boith: amazing, calming. Healing. I had a few bumps on my hands and they healing quickly. Clean. Beautiful surroundings. Recommend highly:)

I had to cancel an appointment, today. Kayla, the wonderful receptionist, the “face” of the business called me to ask if I was ok! How totally cool is that!

Absolutely by far THE BEST place to go. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable, which is very important. I started with fixing my lips, and she informed me on so much and fixed them to perfection. I went on to have botox on my face, and lip flip which I would say was the least painful Botox I have had done ever. Adriana was amazing as well. I had a halo treatment done with her, and her patience and caring nurture was beyond helpful.She helped me get a great skin care treatment down also emailed me so i could refer back to it. All the women here from the girls at the front desk to the girls beyond doing the treatments.This is my 4th place to have these treatments done from NY to here, I can honestly say Lexington Aesthetics will be my last. I will be their forever customer! I can not reccomed them enough and see also see why they come highly recommended. I found them by searching facebook posts. Don't make the mistake I did and go to a franchise or by not doing research. You will be happy with every treatment you have and every hand that does it. No one ever said I have to age gracefully!...
