Your temperature will be taken upon being let into the building, and asked if you have have had any symptoms recently, before admitting you. The staff and Dr. Gregory who work at this location are excellent, and as always. You get accustomed to being treated well when visiting this or one of EyeMax's other locations! Many good doctors and staff, but small enough to still remember names! :)

Arrived the day of & they tried to charge me more than double my copay, thought it was odd but I had my insurance documents with me & told them I would only paid my copay amount listed in my benefits. Found out this week when I went to order contacts that this Dr. is NOT in my network at all and they just charged the difference in cost to my lenses allotment for my insurance, leaving me with only enough for a few boxes of contacts...

They dialated my 3yr olds eyes for 10 minutes before doing the exam never did any test that would require the eyes to be dialated and the dr.
