The ice cream is some of the best I have ever tried. We tried the Watermelon, Coffee, Horchata, and Pistachio. All were excellent. The Pistachio is the best Pistachio Ice Cream that I have ever tried. The staff is very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had about ingredients (coconut allergy). The prices are superb for the quality of the products you get.

I recently visited this store and found a bug in my Mangonada ice cream. I don’t want to give review until i’m sure what i see in my eye,So carefully look into it and turn out its a real bug . Health department should visit them . They also need to hire staff who can speak English and that would greatly improve customer service

Worst piña colada flavored water ever. It tasted as if it was prepared with artificial drink mix powder: extremely sweet. I barely could take a couple sips of it. On top of that, it was incredibly expensive; for a "large" size I would've expected to get something certainly larger than 15oz. Never coming back for sure.

I only put four stars so my review would show. Their ice cream is good and all, but I found it unprofessional when I went at 12:30pm on a Monday and they weren’t open, all the while it says they’re open online. I went and two ladies were inside and just mouthed to me “not open.” Now why would it say you’re open online when you’re obviously not open? I’m sorry guys, I drove a long way because I was craving and them not being open ruined...

The owners are extremely passionate about providing the best quality service and food!!!! The mango sorbet blows me away every single time, we love coming here every Friday after the service at the mosque, it quickly became our family ritual!! The corn + mayo cup is phenomenal too, so is the Ferraro ice cream, as well as the Doritos bag mix, we have loved everything we have tried and loved the service and...

I could not possibly write a more glowing review of this ice cream restaurant. Every employee I have EVER encountered on my multiple and consistent trips to Panchitos has always treated each and every customer with incredible service and attention to detail. Not to mention their homemade ice cream-OUT OF THIS WORLD. Hands down the BEST ice cream in Lexington. Anyone else who tells you otherwise is...
