Sir Pizza of Kentucky — Restaurant in Lexington

I decided to "splurge" on myself and order my favorite Hawaiian pizza w the cheese bread and 2 liter soft drink. It arrived fast and the driver was very nice... I took a bite into the pizza and when I got to the crust I felt a hair in my mouth. The hair was not laying on the pizza crust , it was baked into the crust. Going in and coming back out again. I called the manager and all he did was tell me the guy who cooks the pizzas has black hair. This hair is dark. I called back and they were very helpful. They refunded my money and again, the driver was quick and efficient. I saw where my bank card had been credited. BUT - next time, Feb 2017, I ordered the same type of pizza.. The sauce tasted "funny" and I only ate two pieces, I called to tell them about the taste and was met with "it's the same sauce we always use" "OK".. well, I didn't eat anymore of my $30 order. That night I was sick to my stomach and even vom**ed. I called them again "nobody else got sick" - and she said "YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!' when I never asked for my money back, just a FYI that the sauce had made me sick. Then and there I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment.. after some letters from them and from me, they favored on the side of Sir Pizza and I'll never order from them again. $30?? I can get home delivery from most places for under $20 or pickup for under $10. Goodbye Sir Pizza.. I warned my friends, we've all been fans since high school.. now.. it's nobody's favorite...

It's some of the best pizzas in town. If you love a pizza piled high with meat and veggies, you will love Sir Pizza. The bad news is that Sir Pizza is high as hell! It's one of the most expensive pizzas in the state of Kentucky! An 8 inch meat lovers will cost $16.00. $23.00 if it's delivered. FOR A SMALL! But it's worth it. They put a ton of toppings on every pizza. So much so that you need a spoon ( Not a fork! They fall off forks!) to gather up all of the toppings that fall off when you pick up a slice. Trying to put them back on the pizza is futile. Don't worry, there's so many toppings on Sir Pizza pizzas when some falls off, you still have a ton of toppings on it, even the spot where some fell off. That spot still has so many toppings on it, it doesn't bother people at all. Heck if you wanted to, you could prepare a whole new 8-inch pizza just by using the stuff that fell off! That's if you have the dough, sauce, and cheese to go with it. Sir Pizza is awesome! Never bought a bad pizza. Be prepared to pay $35 dollars for a large. But that pizza will feed you for four days! I was in Lexington a couple of months ago and my pizza order was wrong and called the store to complain and they had already closed so I called back the next morning and was told they would replace the order. I explained that I lived in another state and would be back in January and they agreed to replace my order when I returned and so I thought it was taken cared of. Well that was a ball faced lie..I just spoke with a girl named Shannon and she explained that they don't replace orders like that and the don't even keep records pertaining to previous orders. So I guess that since they sent me a pizza that had toppings that my children were allergic to and could have been fatal...I guess I will just let my lawyers handle this matter for me and they can just pay the medical bills for the E.R visit and loss of income I lost by not making it to Knoxville on time. Great job guys....I guess the health department will get a call as well as the TV stations....They will listen since childrens lives were at stake for your mistake.
