Pie Five Pizza — Restaurant in Lexington

This was, hands down, one of the most infuriating dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered an Italian salad and went out of my way to repeatedly emphasize that it had to be vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no eggs). Despite this, I found after taking few bites that the salad was served with pepperoni! This is not just a mistake—it’s a blatant disregard for customer preferences and dietary restrictions.

Their so-called "apology" was nothing more than an empty, insincere "sorry." No effort was made to rectify their incompetence, and I had to demand a refund instead of it being offered proactively. There was absolutely no accountability or genuine remorse—just indifference and a complete lack of professionalism.

This kind of careless and dismissive attitude is not just disappointing—it’s disgraceful. Serving meat to someone who specifically ordered vegetarian is unacceptable on every level. Pie Five Guys has made a mockery of customer service, and I will never return. If you value your dietary preferences or basic respect as a customer, avoid this place...

First let me say OMGOODNESS!!!! This is now my absolute favorite pizza place!!! 1. Here 2. Roosters 3. Dominoes I loveeee the parmesan crusted stuffed crust!!!! (Tastes way better than pizza huts stuffed crust)I got unlimited toppings and chose their BBQ sauce chicken Canadian bacon reg bacon hamburger cheddar cheese and got the magic dust ( which is a 3 cheese blend sprinkled at the end) and the magic dust sauce which is garlic butter mixed with magic dust and squeezed on the outer crust.....fantastic!!!! Other than it being a lil flimsy (and that's because of how thin the crust is in ratio to the stuffed crust part) nothing beats this pizza. We got 2 personal pan with unlimited toppings 1 with 5 meat 1 large drink 1 ultimate brownie for 20.44!! The best 20 ever spent and will be back again very soon. Please add a tipping feature to the receipt when we pay by card cause I was not able to tip since I don't carry cash. Please give this...

My girlfriend ordered a pizza on door dash and paid $20.86 for her food. Her order was under her account, she is currently 10 weeks pregnant and can barely keep anything down. When she ordered, she ordered the build your own(whatever I want unlimited toppings) for $12.99 her order came out to be $20.86 with 2 sauces added to her order, cheese in the crust, all of the toppings of her choice, etc. speed of service was great, she had it delivered, and upon picking up order from the porch, she obviously thought it would be a nice size pizza. WRONG. she got a small pan pizza instead. Total of pizza came to $17.48 so with delivery fee it was $20.86. Had there have been sizes listed on their menu for DoorDash she would have ordered somewhere else. We were trying to feed ourselves and our 8 year old son.
