I love to shop at Kirklands but some of the staff members very rude not friendly and not helpful. We went to shop with my daughter the other night and cashier refused accept coupon from my daughter, she actually refused accept online coupon when it's clearly said in store and online! Keep telling me it one coupon per costumer. And I used mine so my daughter not a customer because she was with me so she can't use online coupon. I love to shop Kirkland's online, so I wanted to go in the store. My husband had to go back out immediately upon entering the store because he has asthma, and the smells totally overwhelmed him. I made it a total of 5 minutes before I had to use my inhaler and had to leave the store also. I think a good candle smells good, but the overwhelming smells inside this store were ridiculous. This place will forever get all of money because the customer service is top notch. I normally have to shop with my rambunctious 2.5 year son and the attention they show him while in there is so amazing. They’ve taken the time to remember his name and ask about him when he’s not with me. They are always willing to check in the back for items for me and help me carry items to my car.
