Smoothie King — Restaurant in South Carolina

Because I enjoyed this business last weekend in the Sandhill shopping area, I thought I would try this location that is conveniently located on Sunset Blvd in Lexington. Just like my previous visit I noticed that they had curbside pickup as well, and their in a shopping plaza so there is no issues with parking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The service was very fast and efficient. Both my spouse and I truly enjoyed everything we ordered. We come to this location A LOT. Unfortunately, quality and service have greatly declined over the past couple of weeks. The new girls who work on Mondays use an excessive amount of ice in the smoothies to the point there is no flavor whatsoever. I normally would not complain, but after 3 very disappointing visits, I just have to say I miss the old Smoothie King! Placed an online order 4 smoothies in 3 different flavors. Went in to pick them up and none of them were marked with the flavor. One of them was supposed to be coffee-vanilla but they forgot the coffee. The male worker couldn't be bothered to correct the order or properly label. I am assuming it was the manager that came to fix the problem. She couldn't identify which was which and offered to remake them. She forgot the sweetener. At this point I'm over it.
