They haven't fixed any problem they promised to fix 7 months ago when my mom moved in there air and heat unit there toilet want flush they have to use bucks of water there 77 and 69 she is on oxygen they on the 2nd floor there's been 3 fires she can't get down the stairs and she hasn't caught who is doing it yet they been weekly for last couple weeks but she looked on the camera caught my step brother supposedly shiting in her floor I was nowhere around and she barred me out as well i went and talk to a lady about the situation for her to let me know there's black mold and bed bugs all through the building so she gave my mom a 30 day notice because mom refused to pay the rent and she throwing her management around she has to pay or move and the apartment is the same as 7 months ago what's fair about that plus they have to pay 8 dollars a month to park there van in the parking lot that belongs to the apartment complex and they can't be out in the lobby after 10 pm no reason at all and the can't come out of the apartment without shoe's and they pay 950:00 for all the rules but no work done to there apartment and they have some the woman going around telling people drugs are been made on the 4th floor and they want do anything about because they scared i pray until my mom gets this other place it doesn't burn down or blow up because I will see all the mangers in court cause no matter what time day or anything else you call or go to that office she's always setting there but never answers the phone or never...

Nice apartments. The upkeep just didn’t very well, I’ve been flooded out of one apartment twice, then was moved to the eighth floor and had leaks in the bedroom in the bathroom drawer in the cabinet in the kitchen since they moved up here Call over the air conditioner units in both rooms are turning brown where it’s been leaking on moisture. I do like to staff, but I just want my apartment taken care of. By the way, no washers and dryers I got six loads of clothes and other people can get out to get their clothes washed if it’s paid for we should be entitled to Hate to text as much but that’s just the way it is…ect this place has gotten worse and worse overtime. I’ve been flooded out four times twice in the apartment on the second floor twice in the apartment on the eighth floor, where they move to messed up my furniture didn’t apologize didn’t communicate. I've lived here a little over a year, there is some good & bad about being here. I love the apartment & how they updated everything, I enjoy how close to everything it is. The Lextran bus station is literally right behind the building, so getting around town is easy. I don't like how slow management is, I put a work order in to get my A/C fixed because I kept waking up to water all over my floor and no one yet as showed up. They told me numerous times they were coming but didn't show up. They even said they had an HVAC guy coming to fix it but that was months ago. I've mentioned it to the landlord but she doesn't seem to care, so if there is damage to the new floors then that's on them. I hate the old people who live here, they are so nosey & rude, all they do is sit in the lobby judging people, so I don't really use the amenities unless it's 1 am and the old people are asleep.
