This review is for Denise who works the front end. I came up with a picture (will post it) to customer service because there wasn’t a line asking if she would tell me what the actual sale was on the item. After looking at the picture proceeds to say they are actually full price then scans them again and says they are the $2.79. Cool, so I ask if she would honor the 50% off and she said that was 50% off, no it’s not and then proceeded to say no I won’t honor the 50% because anyone could have put that sticker there. I asked to talk to someone else please and she puts on a huge smirk on her face and goes yes, it’s me I’m the manager. The tone she had made it seem like she’s been waiting all week to say that. I’ve never had a problem with signs before going to a cashier, and from now on I will if I decide to continue to use this location. I also went back and spoke with other managers who said they would have been more than happy to 50% off and wouldn’t have made it a big deal. As someone who has worked in retail as a manager for over 10 years never would I have argued with a customer over this. It’s not coming out of my pocket. Do better...

So I went to the gaming area it wasn’t there so I asked an associate to help me see if they had one in stock in the back. He said they’re sold out, despite what the website says. I asked if he could check. All he did was ask someone else if they had it and again said they’re don’t have one. So I go up to the front at orders & returns to see if they could actually go look for me. They said they don’t have any in stock, but they never looked. So I walked back to try one more time with someone else. Well when I got back there a target associate had one in their hands and I said “You have them in stock” he said back to me “This is the last one and this guy just asked for me to check it.”
Like how lame is it that I have to go around to ask THREE associates to help find an item. None of them went out of their way to help me. One guy asks the only one doing their job well and got what I was looking for despite me being there 10 minutes before that dude.

Read moreIf I could write a review without leaving 1 star I would. The new manager is an a**. The Supervisors are even worse. The employees are gross in attitude, clothing, & hygiene. One cashier literally has food in her teeth every time we come in, and it's more than likely not from lunch. The bathrooms are always gross. The Starbucks, although recently renovated, is always dirty. Not a soul wipes those tables down or sweeps the floor. & the Starbucks employees are the worst in the building. RUDE. The shoe department is a mess. The girls from changing rooms are rude or half the time not even there to let you into the changing area, or be sure that there is no funny business happening. Not SAFE. Coupon policy changes every time you come in. Some cashiers are slap rude around coupons, even if you only have one. Returning things is a hassle . I don't know which location is worse,...
