I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the service at your Subway. This is the second time I've encountered the same unacceptable behavior. The employee skinny guy with glasses was incredibly rude and ignored our order, showing poor hygiene by using his phone while making our sandwiches without changing gloves. When I tried to address this, he dismissed me with, “I know what I’m doing.” His mocking attitude and the way he made us feel belittled were unacceptable. On our last visit, he even mocked us with another staff member in a different language behind our backs.
This experience has ruined our mornings and affected our entire day. My wife and I hoped the previous bad experience was a fluke, but it’s clear this is an ongoing issue. But nothing is fresh. Everything is day-old stale, funky-tasting, odd-smelling left-overs.
The new Footlong Churro, Pretzel, and Cookie are pre-made in a factory somewhere and defrosted the night before. They are allowed to DRY OUT in the refrigerator and fast-baked to hotness. When you try to bite into them, it's like biting a rock. If you expect soft, delicious flavor, you're coming to the wrong location. The cookie is bland, the churro is inedible, and the pretzel is completely flavorless AND ROCK HARD.
Also, who the f''k dips pretzels in MUSTARD? That's disgusting! Pretzels get cheese sauce, not mustard!
