I have 2 infuriating experiences at this location and it's all because of service and attitude. I don't know what kind of mgmt this place has. The first infuriating experience with the staff and manager was, I ordered online so I didn't have to wait for a long time. I went there after 30 mins and my food was not ready yet. I went straight to where they place the online orders. I waited patiently for someone to ask/ accommodate you as that spot was for online orders. I waited for 5 mins then 10 and after 15 mins, I started to talk and ask. All that time, the different staff were ignoring the people waiting for the online orders. When I asked the guy who was cashiering, he gave me a palm signal like "wait". So, I thought he would come back to me, that he was just serving another customer. No he did not. The line for walk-ins was much faster than the online orders. I just lost my patience as they were just ignoring the people at the online spot. A different staff finally talked to me and looked for my order which he found just laying there ready to be handed over but this guy whom I kept on following up my order and gave me that f%^$#* hand signal told him not to give it. I just totally lost it. When the manager came out and heard me, he asked me the problem and they said they were shorthand. I didn't see it that way. He was just mismanaging the online area. I told him it's been 25 mins and others were also not being accommodated. Clearly, no one was managing the online orders. There were different 2-3 staff at the walk-ins currently serving and no one was at the online area. He responded to me with an attitude, no apologies and just returned my money. Yes, after 25 mins of waiting in vain. The 2nd instance was, I went at the store to personally order. I ordered 2 bowls. for my first order, this same guy who gave me that hand signal from the first horrible experience, put so much sour cream on it and when it came to my 2nd bowl, he said, they ran out. When another female staff heard it, he told this guy that he would check at the back. It was early like 6 pm for them to run out of supplies. It's not like 9 or 10 pm that I would understand they ran out for that day. The guy shook his head and turned his back to talk to the lady to not check it. Read moreSo I really feel the need to put this Chipotle on blast. I went here and ordered three burrito bowls...No they were not all for me. Along with the bowls I asked for one pico de gallo, one lettuce, one sour cream, and one cheese side. When it was time for me to pay they wanted to charge me for the bowls and the sides extra. I was told that it is Chipotle's policy that if you have more than two sides that they will charge you additional. I said, Well, there are only four sides and three bowls. I just want the toppings on the side since this is not going to be eaten right now. Then I was told that since the sides are in cups that they have to charge me, and they charge for more than three sides. I immediately asked to speak the manager so they can explain this reasoning. The manager tells me it is "Chipotle's policy " to charge for more than two sides. So then I am there looking like you have to be effen kidding??? I tell the manager since when is that the policy? It does not say it on the menu. I've never heard that at any other Chipotle. Is it written somewhere? Then he says don't worry about it. Just know that other Chipotle's will charge you extra. Once he got there, nothing was ready and everyone was too busy cleaning instead of acknowledging customers (even though they did not close for 2 hours), but no big deal, we never mind waiting.. After already waiting for 15 minutes, they inform him that they are out of guacamole and sour cream. At this point we would like to just cancel the order and get a refund. Instead of giving us a refund, they said “we can still make it, just not the guac and sour cream” Why on earth would we pay $6 ALONE for guacamole to not receive it? Finally, they said they would make a new batch of guac and sour cream since other customers also wanted guacamole and said they would add it to both of our orders. We get home and neither order had sour cream or guacamole. My partner called requesting a refund and they simply told him they “can’t do it” and to “go online” (this is after hanging up on him the first time). We wouldn’t even mind if the food wasn’t horrible — the chicken al pastor was dry.. the whole bowl was basically dry. We never, ever complain about food — we’ll eat just about anything, but the lack of communication skills, leadership skills from management, and overall horrible food has earned a 1 star review....
