Daylight Learning Center — Local services in Leyden Township

A home away from home.

I highly recommend Daylight Learning Center !!! After hours of researching all the daycares in the surrounding area Daylight Learning Center in my opinion is top notch and a hidden gem. Highly skilled staff and ultimately THE BEST PLACE around. We have been coming for a month now and truly impressed by the positive experiences.

The facility is very clean and the staff take pride in there work. Daylight Learning Center has taken a weight off of my shoulders. Prior to attending I was one stressed parent. Daylight Learning Center made the transition easy. The facility is tech savvy and at any point in time I can drop in and see my child on the variety of cameras they have.

They provide interactive activities and well balanced meals.

The Director Mrs. Gina and staff are very caring, transparent & helpful. Highly trained and truly love what they do. They provide the parents and children with a multitude of resources. Example: Daily logs, take home activities, notifications of any concerns or issues.

From the moment you walk into the establishment you can feel the warmth and see the smiles on the staffs faces. Very welcoming and such wonderful people working there.

Our children can interact and learn new tasks in a safe environment.

In this short period of time, I have seen small good changes. Just to name a few examples : 1). No longer is dependent on a pacifier. 2). Open to eating new things. 3). Learning new words, forming sentences and sings.

Again I highly recommend Daylight Learning Center. Thanks for being amazing!

Daylight learning center the other home of my little ones. I really appreciate and value the performance of the teachers too much. Especially the preschool team and the toddler team.

Every day we arrive at Daylight  Ms.Leo  and Ms.Kimberly receive us kindly and respectfully.  They wash the children's hands, teaching them the importance of hygiene for everyone's health.

●Preschool Team: The teacher Ms.Alejandra has taught my son to speak more fluently in English and Spanish.

●Toddler Team: Teachers Ms. Destiny and Ms.Jenny have a good and fun method.  I think it is the most difficult stage because they want to experience everything but you always find your children happy and singing.

It's nice to see how children love them.  They look like "mother duck and her ducklings", because they follow them wherever they move.

■and with the daily communication sheet reporting their learning, performance, activities, and what your little ones need. You can see how great their teaching work is.

Every day they come back excited and happy.

Thanks to the teachers Ms.Robin & Ms.Veronica for giving us our preschool children every day when we pick them up.

A great place where my children have learned a lot and progressed. The director and staff are very professional and friendly. Its nice that the staff keeps logs of all activities, meals, and nap time. Since my children's arrival I've noticed a positive difference, they're more sociable and interactive. The only people that complain about this Daycare, are actually past employees that were either let go or have walked out because they were unsuitable to perform the duties that were asked of them. Daycare centers have certain standards, and unfortunately for some, are too much to handle. I think it's great that the director isn't a afraid to put her foot down on those who are so disrespectful/unprofessional (thankfully those who were, have left!). I've seen and heard nothing but great things about this Daycare. The director goes above and beyond with the teachers and students daily. She works one on one with any child that has certain needs to be met with action plans ready on hand or if it requires more than that she would work one on one with families as well. She does her absolute best in finding outstanding teachers that ensures the feeling that you are leaving your children in safe hands. Georgina (the director) is very warm and welcoming to anyone that comes in, even if it is just a simple question/or concern. This is a real heartfelt passion for her to achieve all children's educational and behavioral needs. The staff is super friendly and always greats you with a smile when you walk in the door. They all have such positive vibes and attitudes that beam across the room. There are so many other daycares out there that I've seen are so sketchy and make me feel uneasy.
