So our business has been with EMS for years now. Last year, for some reason there was an issue that we didn't realize until December. When we realized there was an issue we were about to change from EMS. By coincidence, we had an appointment, with the new Sales Manager from the Rosemont, Illinois office, Mohammad Salah. When he arrived for the appointment he came with Gary Lasalla, we explained to them that we were going to be changing our service from EMS and they asked why. We explained what had happened. While standing in front of us they began rectifying the situation. That impressed us so much. We know everyone can make a mistake from time to time, but to take ownership of it and begin fixing on the spot is rare. All they have done and still are doing just shows what a great team EMS has here in the Chicagoland area. Our small business operations are closing and we're unable to continue the service or incur the additional costs. We, like many others, have been severely affected by the tariff war. They decided to renew our agreement, unbeknownst to us and now, are attempting to siphon an additional $600 cancellation fee.
