Goodcents — Restaurant in Liberty

If I could give my experience negative stars I would. My fiancé placed a curbside order for 6:15pm pickup. I arrived shortly after that time and called to let them know I was there. I had trouble totally understanding them but was under the impression my order had just been done or almost done. I waited for almost 20mins before calling again. When I called back the employee seemed confused and told me "I don't know what to do ma'am" that's when I asked if I needed to wait or come in and get it. I went in and the employee grabbed our sandwiches from the counter. At first I didn't think about it, but once in my car I thought about how long they were sitting on the counter and felt them, they weren't cold anymore. I went back in and requested my money back which started a back and forth with the employee saying that I should've canceled the order before they made it if I didn't want it. Except I did, I just didn't want to risk getting food poisoning now. They called their manager twice, but stepped away to do so, so I'm not even sure what was said. Came back and told me both times their manager won't refund it. They also set my sandwiches that I had touched, took to my car, set on my seat on the clean sandwich wrap that I then saw them wrap another customers sandwich in after pushing mine aside. My fiancé then drives 20mins for him to tell them the same thing I told them and now they can give us a refund? So not only did I experience poor customer service in the sense of attentiveness, food safety, and speed. But also not taken seriously because I'm a women? Unfortunately we will never come back to this location, this used to be our favorite location....

Absolutely impeccable. Truly life changing. Not only was the sand which delectable but it could’ve been suited for a king. The meat, oh my god the meat. As it fills my mouth my glands water, accentuating the texture and moistness of the well cut turkey. The bread is that of the finest grain, the simplest, yet most exquisite flavor, truly doing it’s job of holding the masterpiece together. The veggie selection was like that of a market in Paris, with the freshness of a ripely picked pepper. These vegetables truly connecting me to nature. The sauces tasted as if they were newly expunged onto my tasted buds, blasting my enjoyment to untold heights. Finally, the cheese. Like sucking straight from the udder, the cheese was magnificent. The dairy products used at this establishment are truly the greatest to be brought upon the human race by that of the milky cow in the Milky Way. The sandwich truly satisfied every aspect of the beloved food pyramid. The staff were the friendliest I have ever met, explaining each item carefully to me. Truly treated me as there only need. I am great full, and not worthy for the salvation provided to me at Goodcents...

I have ordered from this location 3 times and there has been a problem each time. Always involves me not getting something I have already payed for. The latest order how ever takes the cake. I made my order went threw all was fine or so I thought. They had decided to close early and did not disable their online ordering system. So low and behold I never got my order. When I called today to speak with a manger about it today I was told she doesn’t know what to say they decided to close and there was nothing they could do about this. They will cancel the order. I just don’t understand. When you walked in today and saw orders that were there why wouldn’t you just go ahead and cancel them you already know none of these people got their food. Why would you wait for us to call you? To top it off if your not willing to be proactive to cancel the orders and contact the customers it maybe a good idea to come up with something better to say than I don’t know what to tell you. Third time is the charm for me. I won’t be ordering from here again. The food is usually great but the service is so horrible it just isn’t...
