We stopped by for a quick dinner one evening and were very disappointed. After ordering the pizza and drinks we were told that the soda machine was not working (we ordered water). Unfortunately the water was despensed through that machine. I ordered 4 bottled waters and they informed me that they were out. (Health code violation to not provide drinking water at a food establishment).I asked if they could fill up a couple of cups with ice and tap water and they stated that the ice machine was also out of order!?!?! She said that we could by 20oz of soda. At this point I am irritated. I order 2 root beers and go have a seat. As we sit we notice that the carpet is drenched and squishing with water. There are no condiments on the tables (crushed red pepper, parmesean... You know, the normal stuff). I'm beginning to get the feeling that this location is getting ready to close down. I could keep going but I think I've made my point. The experience ended with me having to walk in the back of the restraunte to ask someone for a to-go box after having waited for at least 5 minutes at the front counter. We won't return. . Far too many other awesome pizza places to settle for this...
Read moreSince they got a new location 3 orders in a row. First order, called in and placed a delivery order. Over and hour went by and no delivery. Called the store rep states my order is set for carry ou t. If I WANT TO CHANGE TO DELIVERY I WOULD HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER OR COME PICK IT UP. Pizza was side ways like it was thrown in the box Strike one. Second order, online order/delivery got someone else’s wings called rep states I can come and pick up the correct wings or get a credit. I declined rep states it will be another 2 hours before I get the correct wings I paid for. Took an hour in a half. Last order, online/delivery online said my order was submitted and so did my card I processed the order with. Then I get an email saying my order couldn’t be processed. Contacted the store they stated I can buy the same order all over again I might get the original order funds back later. So done with Liberty. Read moreMy husband and I ordered delivery from this location this past weekend. The delivery guy was friendly and fast. The pizza was delicious and nothing was messed up in the order.
Update: The owner and I emailed. I was then mailed a letter, which was surprising, from the owner. He apologized for my experience and sent a voucher that more than covered the cost of my messed up order. I have yet to use the vouchers so will have one more update.
Original post: So had a problem today with an order. I was on the call for 9 min and 12 sec. I spoke to 2 people for maybe a minute in total. So long wait to then not get a proper resolution to my problem. I had called pizza hut corporare before and they tried to help me but since this is a franchise store they couldn't help me. Will have to go to a corporate store in the future. Horrible experience and frustrating as I just wanted so dinner for my family. This was on top of issues with the pizza hut...
