This past September, my family in France faced a profound tragedy, particularly my only sister. I found myself in a difficult position: with only 2 and a half weeks to create five meaningful necklaces as gifts for my family, using our grandmother’s pearls as a symbol of solace and love. Having previously used this local jewelry designer for repairs with satisfaction, Veronica was assigned to take care of me. I explained the urgency of the situation and the emotional circumstances surrounding my request. From the moment I spoke to Veronica, I was met with nothing but genuine kindness, compassion and understanding. Despite the tight timeline, Veronica worked tirelessly to design each necklace to my exact specifications, using varying amounts of pearls and chains. She went above and beyond to source the necessary components on special order, all while keeping me updated every step of the way. There were moments of uncertainty until the very last day. We didn’t know if she could even complete a single necklace in time. Veronica never gave up. She poured all her effort and creativity into making sure I had 5 necklaces ready, even managing to call me just a day before my flight to pick them up. Rolland's has been my go to jeweler as long as I can remember. They have always been very helpful when choosing/designing jewelry. AnneMarie helped my husband choose an amazing engagement ring for me 10 years ago. He always tells me how patient she was while he was deciding what my "style" would be-he chose correctly with a single solitaire setting.

Last year I had the pleasure of working with Will. I walked in not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I had a sapphire/diamond ring from my Mom that I wanted the stones from but wanted to make the ring more my style. Will asked some questions, and a light went off when he seemed to have the idea. Will did an amazing job showing me examples that were along the lines of what I was thinking. I knew I wanted something extra, he was spot on. Drew out the design and explained it to me in detail how the stones would sit, where my new stones would go, and how we would showcase the stones from my Moms ring. It turned out beautiful.

Their entire staff is very helpful, most importantly not at all pushy. When I go in to get my rings checked/cleaned they don't hound me to buy. They do have a wish list you can make on items you are interested in - it's great especially if someone else wants to buy something but doesn't know what your style is.
