Clean Jean's Laundry & Vending — Local services in Licking

1st review ever left in my life! Do not go here for laundry! No name or number to receive refunds or tell machines are broken! 2$ lost in one machine last week. Want to give the benefit of the doubt this week and use other machines. 10 quarters in for 12 in the large machine, and it quit taking quarters & would not return them! That's $2.50 gone. Then the washer didn't wash or drain. So a load was sopping wet & had to be rewashed. 2 more dollars gone & an extra hour out of my day. 75 cents into a dryer already worked great, but then it wouldn't start because it said the door was open. Dirty, dingy, smells like smoke and will eat your money! At least there was an out of order sign to put on the machine last time. This is a vedio game parlor! Not sure what the law is in Missouri, but this in not a laundromat. Only one dryer is producing heat. The real business is the twenty or so video gaming machines that appear to be 100% functional. Eight people plugging quarters into them. One guy trying to get his close washed and dried. I guess I am the biggest fool in the place. At least they are getting their addiction fed! No place to fold your clothes, the change machine is broken, good lord what a mess. Place wreaked of cigarettes! Don't come here to do your laundry, the only reason I gave it one star, you can't...

Nastiest place I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot, half the machines are new now but that’s irrelevant when the other half don’t work, this place needs a serious remodel, UPDATE: it’s even worse than it was before, half the washers and dryers have been replaced with casino machines and it smells like a bar, reeks of cigarette smoke then of course you have all the lurkers in there playing on the machines while you’re trying to do laundry, if I could give it a negative review I would but I can only do a one star, I wish someone would do something positive...
